Say Hi (To Your Mom) mp3/video

Say Hi, (“hi” Eric), is one guy who lives in Seattle. His latest release, Um, Oh Oh marks the solo artists 7th release. Although he writes and records all by his lonesome, he will be playing the Bottom Of The Hill on Saturday night with his touring band members. Say Hi continues to explore the dredges of his imagination with “Devils.” Far more electronic then his earlier work, but still capturing the mysterious loner attitude in his songwriting here, Say Hi is clearly still peaking artistically. If you’re in San Francisco on Saturday, come join me, I’m going to be front-and-center at his show.

I love #1 and #9 on Say Hi’s FAQ: “Please do not ask about the name change, it’s been more than four years.” Here’s his song “Laundry” (2002) from when he used to call himself: Say Hi To Your Mom.
